How does shipping work?
We hand deliver all of our microgreens straight to your door on a Tuesday. If you require delivery on another day please contact us to check availability.
Due to microgreens being a fresh product, if you are not home when we attempt to deliver we will contact you and leave microgreens unattended in a safe place.
We deliver to Perth Metro- if your delivery address is out of our shipping radius please contact us.
What happens if I subscribe?
Subscriptions will continue to be direct debited from your chosen payment method each period (eg. weekly or monthly).
To cancel your subscription please provide two weeks notice. Weekly discount applies to products only. Shipping is additional
When will I receive my order?
Once order has been placed we will contact you by email or phone to discuss next available delivery date. Most deliveries will occur the following week. Delivery days are Tuesday and Friday.
If your chosen variety is not available we will contact you to offer a subsititute, refund or change of delivery date.
